Our Work

Transforming compassion into action through education, healthcare, empowerment, and relief across Jammu & Kashmir.

01

Children Given books

Project Taleem

Over 2,000 books distributed and weekly learning sessions held in remote border villages are helping children rediscover education, hope, and possibility.

02

Project Pankh

To promote self-reliance and economic independence, WC Foundation distributed sewing machines to women and young girls across Kashmir, including in areas like Anantnag, Pulwama, and Sopore. This initiative allowed them to learn tailoring skills, begin home-based businesses, and support their families with dignity. For many, it marked their first step toward financial freedom and social empowerment in a region where opportunities for women remain limited.

Project Udaan

Udaan is WC Foundation’s initiative to empower women and girls across Jammu & Kashmir by equipping them with practical skills, confidence, and community support. Through sessions focused on tailoring, financial literacy, health awareness, and entrepreneurship, Udaan helps women break barriers, become self-reliant, and lead change from within their homes and villages. It’s not just about learning a skill, it’s about rediscovering strength.

Project Nai Disha

Nayi Disha is WC Foundation’s forward-looking initiative to prepare children and adolescents in Jammu & Kashmir for a rapidly changing world. Through hands-on sessions in basic coding, digital literacy, design tools, and soft skills, the program equips young minds, especially in underserved areas, with the tools they need to thrive in the digital economy. More than just learning computers, Nayi Disha gives children the confidence to dream beyond boundaries and navigate a brighter, tech-enabled future.
